1. Ordered Goods will be dispatched within 24 hours after the receipt of the payment, provided stock is available. In case if there is any waiting time, the same will be updated to the prospective buyer.
2. Shipping will be executed through best courier services in urban areas. However, to extreme remote areas, it will be made through speed couriers or after getting the approval of the buyer of suitable agency.
3. If the given product does not exhibit desired outcomes, the same can be replaced with gladness after the receipt of product to the head office.
4. Please check your ordered items once you have received them. If not found in order, please do inform us immediately on contact number – 0731-2700433, 4042484.
5. Long pending products at customers end, expired goods, unsealed or used products or discontinued products will not be taken back in any circumstances. In case if order is not supplied correctly from our end, the same will be shipped to you without any shipment charges, otherwise shipping will be borne by the customer.
