Recommended Protocol

Speed : 350rpm | Torque : 2NCm

Explore the canal using #8, #10, #15 K-file. Confirm patency & verify smooth glide path

Use blue flex opening file to reach the upper 1/3rd of Orifice #30/8% -19mm file

Prepare the canal from middle third to start of the apical third using blue flex #17/4% file

Finally use brushing motion with blue flex file ( as per the canal anatomy) to prepare the working length

Important Tips :

  1. Find the working length by using accurate apex locator or radiograph.
  2. Everytime you change a file always remember to irrigate canal and recapitulate with K-file whenever needed.
  3. Irrigate and use Blue Flex path file to make proper glide path. Specially if it is severely curved canal.
  4. Anterior teeth prepare 20 root canals/file (apx).
  5. Posterior teeth prepate 15 root canals/file (apx).

Available Sizes

  1. #17/4%, #20/4%, #25/4%, #30/4%, #35/4%
  2. #20/6%, #25/6%

Traditional NiTi Files

  • Very aggressive.
  • Damages Dentine.
  • Breaks in curved canals.
  • Risk of instrument separation.
  • Chances of canal transportation and other aberrations.

Flexible CM File

  • Slow Cutting efficiency.
  • Complain of post - operative pain.
  • Unwinding of flutes.

Unique Blue Flex File

  • Follow the path of canal.
  • Better cutting efficiency.
  • Does not Damage Dentin.
  • Works effectively in curved canal.
  • Pushes debris towards coronal direction.
